IMPORTANT:  We have had several people call and tell us that they have emailed us
but not received a response.  Sometimes we are not getting the emails, and sometimes even when we are emailing back, others are not receiving ours.  In an effort to address this we are attaching read and delivery receipt notifications on all our emails.  Don't be alarmed if you are asked to send a read receipt.  It is the only way we know our emails are arriving where they need to go.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
